Nicole was my manager for 3 consecutive years, servicing Prince Edward County tourists at a resort with over 120 individually owned cottages for rent. Despite this daunting number, Nicole went above and beyond her duties to remember personal details, names, and job-specific needs for every owner on the resort, and numerous renter's throughout the year. Her incredible compassion and responsibility for staff, as well as the thoroughness of her work in both graphic design and communication, speak volumes towards her admirable leadership abilities. Above all, Nicole is a calm, kind, and driven individual who sets goals and achieves them no matter the circumstances- all the while sporting a memorable smile and an uplifting laugh.
